Great work of art, good shadows and texture (mix) of colors. To be personally honest with you, I think you could have spent a bit more time on proportions of the body. I know that it is very difficult, for I still have lots of trouble getting the original vector down. I know that you can do it though, it will obviously take a good amount of time, frustration, perspiration, and thought, but it will be worth it. Another thing that I want to point out is the Violin or Viola's shape. Kind of wonky and makeshift. Kind of looks like you just wanted to finish it without caring much for accuracy or detail. A bit of research will fix it. But at any rate, great piece of art, especially since Octavia is my favorite Background Character... to hell with it... my favorite CHARACTER! So... yeah... hope you find this helpful and fair, and hopefully not offensive.
